This is a super rare sake from Naka Shuzo, made from Omachi rice - a rich, textural and sensual sake with massive depth of flavour and complexity. Naka Shuzo has been brewing sake since 1725. Matsuura-san has been brewing sake for over 40 years and grows his own rice organically in a small field near the brewery.

This is a Junmai (Pure Rice Sake), Muroka (No charcoal filtration), Nama (Unpasteurised), Genshu (Undiluted).

TORAGE: Store Nama [unpasteurised] Sake in a cool dark place, trying to avoid direct sunlight.

HANDLING: Once opened the Naka 'Asahi Wakakmatsu - Omachi' will last well for at least 16 weeks (if not much longer) , ideally in a refrigerator.
