720ml Junmai Muroka Nama (Organic)

Made with 100% biological rice. This is the flagship product from Japan’s most natural brewery, Terada Honke (who have been brewing sake since 1673!) and uses the Kimoto slow brew method (where the lactic acid is naturally occurring). No carbon filtering is used = muroka, and this sake is unpasteurised. Exceptionally well balanced, full bodied and vibrant.
