Kikumasamune Shiboritate Gin Bottle
300ml
This is one of a line of new sake from Hyogo brewer Kikumasamune, with it’s head-turning space-age packaging and supreme drinkability. Shiboritate (しぼりたて)is un-aged sake (sake is typically allowed to mature for about 6 months to mellow out the flavors), which goes directly from the presses into bottles and out to market. This Shiboritate sake is a bit wild and fruity, with a resemblance to white wine. Fresh-press table sake at it’s finest…Enjoy chilled with a wide variety of dishes and Japas (Japanese tapas).
Brewery Location: Hyogo
Alcohol: 15% vol.
