Ōta Shuzō Kokoro Kokoro

Made from Tamazakae rice grown in Shiga by the brewery. This full bodied and dry Sake has plenty of umami, a touch of spice and wonderful texture.

This aromatic sake brewed from highly polished rice presents a lavish nose of tropical fruit and fresh green apple, followed by the full mouthfeel and rice umami on the palate. Fine medium dry finish.

All-rounder Junmai. Low-temperature fermentation gives this sake a fresh and clean taste with a hint of nutty flavour. A smooth texture and a light finish. Pairs well with variety of foods.

Tamagawa “Yanwari” Kinoshita Shuzō

Yanwari is a mild, light sake with a low alcohol content. This sake should be drunk at room temperature or gently warmed to appreciate the umami components.
